Guangxi Shenghexing Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 8, 2023, through the reorganization of high-quality resources from Nanning Shenghexing Plastic Co., Ltd. (Est. 2001) and Guangxi Laibin Shenghexing Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (Est. 2022). The factory is located in Baozhang Village, Luwo Town, Wuming District, Nanning City, Guangxi, only 1.8 km from the Wumingdong Highway Exit. It is a professional blow molding enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and warehousing, covering an area of over 53,000 square meters. It is one of the large suppliers of plastic products such as agricultural greenhouse film, agricultural mulch film, and industrial packaging film.
The company has over 90 employees in production, sales, R&D, management, after-sales, and other departments. In 2008, with the care and support of the superior trade union, the Shenghexing Company Trade Union Organization was established. The company has 7 CPC members on staff, and the Shenghexing Company Party Branch Committee was established in 2010 with approval from the superior party organization.
The company currently possesses over 50 sets of large, medium, and small 1-5 layer co-extrusion blown film, granulation, and rewinding units, with an annual output of 10,000 tons of mulch film. It is equipped with new quality production equipment such as an intelligent automated centralized feeding system, dual-station robot automatic unpacking machine, intelligent agricultural film roll/tube change system, and Plastic Production Management System (MES) V7.0. With complete testing instruments, it can test raw materials and finished products at any time to ensure stable product quality. Main products include: 1m-18m wide standard and functional large/small greenhouse films, anti-aging silver-black fruit & vegetable mulch film, anti-aging black-white mulch film, personalized custom perforated (dashed perforation) special mulch film, needle-hole breathable film, engineering curing film, impermeable film, industrial packaging film, etc. Such as: 5-layer co-extruded special greenhouse film for aquaculture, 5-layer co-extruded long-life anti-drip greenhouse film, Metallocene long-life special film for citruses, special film for soil disinfection (fumigation) treatment, special film for ginger planting, small skirting film for banana cold protection, special greenhouse film for melons, special film for grape planting, special mulch film for Chinese herbal medicine cultivation, special mulch film for pepino melon cultivation, mulch film for passion fruit planting, small greenhouse film for pitaya cold protection, mulch film for strawberry planting, special mulch film for pepper planting, special mulch film for tobacco planting, grafting moisturizing film, degradable mulch film, industrial inner liner ton bags, etc. Products cover the entire Guangxi region and are sold far to provinces and cities such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Hunan, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Hainan, and Southeast Asia.
