Recently, to effectively alleviate the challenges faced by children from disadvantaged families in the village regarding access to education, break the cycle of intergenerational poverty, and support talent revitalization in rural areas, the resident secretary dispatched by the Wuming District Trade Union to Baozhang Village has prioritized educational assistance as a key focus of his work in the village. By leveraging the union’s organizational network, he actively coordinated social resources and successfully facilitated a joint "Love and Education Assistance" initiative in Baozhang Village involving five units and enterprise unions, including the Wuming District Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the Trade Union of Guangxi Shenghexing Plastic Technology Co., Ltd., and the Trade Union of Wuming District Workers’ Cultural Palace Kindergarten. This initiative has injected new momentum into rural talent revitalization.
Guided by Party building principles, this activity integrated high-quality resources from both the village and enterprises. A total of 11,420 yuan in financial aid and 580 yuan worth of consolation goods were raised. Eighteen disadvantaged students each received 600 yuan in financial aid and consolation goods, effectively alleviating their economic burdens and demonstrating the tangible support and positive role of various social forces in rural revitalization. This event not only provided heartfelt support to the struggling students, helping them realize their dreams of pursuing education but also carried profound implications for exploration—to chart a new path for rural revitalization under the guidance of Party building.
This education assistance activity is a concrete practice of the Wuming District Trade Union’s commitment to "serving the people" and an effective exploration of multi-party collaboration to support rural revitalization.
